What data we process
The website has no data collection forms, newsletter or registration services. The only data processed is:
- Data you send us by email. If you write to us using the email addresses on the website, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (name, contact details, content of the request).
- Browsing data. The systems running the website collect some technical data in the course of normal operation (IP address, browser type, time of the request). It is used only to keep the website working and secure.
- Data collected by third-party services. The website embeds YouTube videos, which may collect browsing data. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Retention
Data received by email is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and then for the periods required by law. Browsing data is kept only as long as strictly necessary for website security.
Recipients
Data may be processed by providers supporting the controller, including Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which hosts the website, and email and consulting providers, appointed as processors where required. Data is never sold or disclosed to the public.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (Netlify for website hosting, Google for YouTube videos) may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, on the basis of adequacy decisions (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@lomar.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
